Two Poems
If Truth be told
By Sahadev Poudel
To manifest our love and reunion,
You created the deep companionship with the ocean.
The ocean commenced you to the clouds,
The clouds get your hands to the nadir of the Sky,
You retold our love-tale to the sky.
After listening our love tale,
The Sky expressed Cheerfulness
As lighting and thunderstorm.
When the sky exemplified the pathway of my world
You befell successively and hastening,
Parting the heat and the ray of the sun at the rear.
To end with me, you plunged in my world,
I so much soaked with happiness of your appearance!
If truth be told you are really born for me my dear!
I,
By Sahadev Poudel
I wanted to be a seagull,
in the middle of the crows,
but crows made me black.
I wished to walk straight,
in the village of the cripples,
but the cripples made me disable.
I dreamed to be a Voice,
in the crowd of the mutes,
but the muters made me speechless.
Here,
I couldn’t be me because they made me them.
That’s why,
Today I am becoming me because i couldn’t be I.
